Calls to Nanny

So I get this cute little call from Gabriel.

"Nanny can I come to you's house and sleep in the big bed".

"You can come over and sleep tonight but Papa will be here and you will need to sleep on the special bed on the floor in our room ".

"No, Papa can sleep there. I wanna sleep in you's big bed with you".

"No, Papa is too big and besides the big bed is Papa's and Nana's bed. He gets to sleep in it".

One guess who slept on the couch ... anyone got a good chiropractor?
(The book next to Gabriel is "Strangling Your Husband Is Not An Option" ) It's actually pretty good and has great ideas on how to be a good wife or how to butter up your hubby, which ever applies. Jon rolled his eyes when he saw it ... giggle .... at least I'm still trying, right?

That's so funny! Your a good Nanny! What we don't do for the grand kids. Bet Jon loves the picture. :)
When my AC went out this summer I stayed with Crystal. We put Trey in bed with his brothers and I slept in his twin bed. So much for plans. He would wake up in the night and get in bed with me. So I actually ended up on the floor for a few hours. He melts my heart. I would have just put my own kids back in their bed. Well the first five...number 6 she just slept with us. She's 15 and still gets in bed with us if she's had a nightmare!

A-a-a-a-h, Jon hasn't seen the pic ... but he has to love me anyway .... that seems to be most of the pics I get of him these days :-)

I have decided Grandma's will let the Babies get away with pretty much anything! That is why they love you so much!

I read that book awhile back. The author Merilee Boyack was a presenter at the Time our For Women I went to in September. She is so hilarious and very involved in humantiarian work! Of course, all the pictures of the kids are GREAT!

Surprise, surprise he doesn't want to sleep in his own bed at home anymore. He gets up over and over because he "heard a noise". Don't let him read that book or he'll know what his wife is up to someday.
