I have a new hobby. Once in a while I get this little bee buzzing in my bonnet and I get the biggest kick out of pinching every penny that goes through my fingers. Pinching until it SQUEALS! I couldn’t find a good image on the internet of a squealing pig, so I decided to use this little piggy bank as my symbol that something is a money saving idea.
I got the bank at Six Flags Over Texas in 1966 or 67. I found that if I put all my pennies in it, I could buy an album, yes vinyl, when it got full. So it is a good one for the symbol …. and yes, I still have the albums!!!
