I snoped it and it is a satirical bit from Australia . . . but I found it way too believable . . I've seen too many that are not that different from what I have seen on news, etc.

Wow. That had to be a set-up right? It seemed like a skit from a Monty Python movie.
Funny! But had to be a skit of some sort. I got a good chuckle though.
