I decided to sneak out and spray my van off before I drove down to the University Ward. As I was taking the hose over to lay it in garden, I tripped and seemed to have caught myself the wrong way. I must have the strongest bones, thank goodness, I seem to do this sort of thing way too often. It is just bruised and sprained. I think I am going to get that place out front filled in and give up some old flip flops that are way too floppy
Moral of the story: if the ox is just in dust. not mud, leave it be!!

Ouch...sorry! Take care of yourself today. :)
Can I help you with anything?
Yes Lina, I could use a body transplant . . . any ideas how to manage it? At least now I have an excuse for my typing =-}
Oh my! I just saw this post. I'm so sorry! Falls are awful and things hurt days later that you didn't even know you hurt in the first place. I fell over a garden hose a couple hears ago and my right shoulder still suffers! If we had some insurance maybe I could go get it checked out...oh ones day maybe.
I hope you are on the mend soon and glad you didn't break a bone but ligaments I have heard can take much longer to heal. Praying for you chica!
That stinks, but you're strong and I know you'll heal quickly. :-)
On a side note, if you ever want to move the order of your post, you can click on the blue "post options" button and change the date/time there.
