So today Gabriel graduated from the Mt. View High School Preschool. Mariah participated in this program when she went to Mt. View and thought it was great. Now she gets to take her little guys to it!
First the kids got to run off some energy outside the gate. As usual, Lincoln, seemed to be lulled by the noise, z-z-z-z-z.
Next on the agenda was walking into the small theater with your buddies. Gabriel was special, he seemed to have one more than the rest of the kids . . . and I hear rumors that he still gave them a run for the money!
Then you received your scrap book AKA "yearbook" and diploma from your buddy. Gabe was feeling a little shy . . . or just wanted to go sit by Daddy. There was quite a long slide show, and then playtime!!! Oh yeah, and face painting.
It was fun reading what the buddies had written in Gabriel's scrapbook. The girls seemed to have really grown fond of him and mentioned lots of things they did together. They seemed to really be in touch with him and appreciate his personality with all of its fun little quirks. One even mentioned to me about how sweet and tender he could be. Not everyone sees that in him. Of course Nanny loved hearing that!
How many of you had a teacher that looked like this? Quite frankly, I am surprised that tons of boys didn't sign up for the class. Her personality is as darling as she is!
We are so lucky to live close enough that we can enjoy these special moments with the grand kids . . and when the heat hits, we need them to remember just how
lucky we are!

Cute picture of you and Jon. And yes, you are lucky to be able to be close to your grandkids and enjoy them. One day Gabriel will look back as those pictures of him surrounded by beautiful girls and be tickled pink!
Awesome fun! What a lucky little guy!
He's quite the "little buddy". It's crazy to think that the "little buddies" from my day are now Juniors at that same high school. I'm so old! I've even aged out of Institute. ;-D
Way to go Gabriel! :)
I found your blog again. I need to add it to my own.
It's good to see what you and your grandkids have been up to, good times.
Looks Like a fun graduation! I love the pictures.
Aren't grandkids fun? We only have one but are looking forward to the second one in September.
