I am REALLY enjoying the heat finally breaking! Last night, I was canning, canning and canning with the cooler running, yes running, to blow all the heat and moisture out of the house. I didn't remember that it was even running until I went to my room at 12:30 am. It was freezing! I ran and turned it off, came back and jumped under the covers to warm up, NOT! I was actually shivering, loved the feeling. I couldn't warm up so, don't get grossed out, I called the dogs to get them off the top of the covers and shoved them under. Nineteen lbs. of dog doesn't produce very much heat, but I was willing to take what I can get. I am sleeping until 5:30 am almost every morning without waking up, and it is so nice. If I do need to visit the W.C. during the night, I go right back to sleep. I can't remember the last time I was able to do this. Hopefully, it help my energy come up eventually, so tired of being tired . . . after all, I am an "empty nester" . . . . . what does that mean anyway?

I love when the cooler weather FINALLY sets in! We all woke up cold this morning as well...isn't it great?
Kaitlen HATES the cooler weather she gets all huffy when she has to wear socks and shoes. I tell her to enjoy the weather and be happy she can still play outside, because Haven just got 4 inches of snow this morning. I love the weather.
I'm so glad you are sleeping that is awesome. Life sucks when you are always so tired.

I LOVE the cooler weather! Also ready for our SRP bill to go down we are always so relieved to know we made it through another summer and paid the bills.
Sleep is always good and I'm glad you are getting your much needed rest.
Boy, I am ready for the cooler weather...but that was just a tease! Saturday we worked in the yard and I thought the weather was perfect!
