A Wild, But Fun Day . . .

My girls took their kids to the International Wildlife Museum yesterday.  Afterwards they came over here and spent the day.  I don't know what it is about their cute little girl cousins that brings out the wild in those boys, but good grief!  I can't describe how they exhaust everyone around them!  The girls seem to kind of catch it from them at the same time.  Yesterday, it got so crazy, we sent them all outside to play, except Linc.  Poor little guy, he sure hates to be left out, but it just isn't safe for him.

I was so busy that I didn't get pictures until after Bri and the girls left and the monkey herd was on their way out the door.  That was when I realized why Linc was holding this big cup up to his face.  I guess formula now tastes better out of a cup than a bottle  ;-}  Silly boy!

Then I decided that we better get a good shot of Garrett's black eye before it faded anymore.

Next thing I knew the boys were having a ball in the back of a truck.  What is it about truck beds that kids love so much?  Now that I think back, I remember that I loved it when I was a kid too.  Remember how we would ride all over in the back of trucks when we were kids?  

Lincoln, of course had to try to out climb the big boys.  He was so determined to get to the top of the truck!   He is such a scary little guy!  Life has to be called to a halt when he is around.  Gabriel has become pretty protective, thank goodness.  He can keep up with him and let us know when he can't distract the tiny man away from danger.

 Next week, I know to have the camera ready before the girls get here!! 

  I would love to get video of the games they think up.  Pretty funny and sweet to watch!
