I LOVE popcorn! So the other day when I was in Goodwill and saw this little number. I "had" to have it . . . to use for a house plant. I have always loved to put plants in strange containers when I saw one that was "me". I have ground drainage holes in lots of items similar to this.
So what's the problem? This is my favorite way to pop my corn. A third cup corn in the popper, into the microwave for three minutes. Remove the top from the little glass jar and melt it in the microwave for 30 seconds. Replace the top, shake it a bit, to mix the salt through the butter and sprinkle it over the popped corn, stirring occasionally. No more than a 1/4 inch butter from the bottle per batch.Dump it into ones of these bowls, and dig in. So what's the problem? I looked at this crock type gizmo and thought, "This could be warmed in the oven while the corn is popping and it would keep the popcorn warm while it's eaten". How nice would that be!
So which would you do? I'm serious, what do you think. I'm collecting votes . . . . I'm tired of making decisions, so this ridiculous one has me baffled!

Popcorn! You can find some other funky thing to hold your plant but only a few perfect popcorn warmers/holder!
My vote is for popcorn! I love the fact that it's ceramic! Very retro.

Mmmm...popcorn...crap now I want some at 815am. Stop doing this to the pregnant lady! I vote popcorn, but even better caramel popcorn...have you tried the recipe where you use a paper grocery bag? Its DELICIOUS!!
